IYO® International Yoga Chakra Analysis and Balancing Teacher

IYO® International Yoga Chakra Analysis and Balancing Teacher course is designed to provide participants a deep understanding of the chakras and how they affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

What are chakras?

The word “chakra” originates from Sanskrit and translates to “wheel.” Chakras are dynamic energy centers in the body, resembling spinning wheels. Positioned along the spine, they emit a subtle energy that impacts our internal organs, nerves, emotions, and thoughts. Maintaining open and aligned chakras is crucial for the effective functioning of these body areas. The seven primary chakras are:

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
4. Heart Chakra (Anahata)
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
6. Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna)
7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

What is Chakra analysis and balancing?

Chakra analysis and balancing are essential components of holistic health and wellness, as they target the body’s energy centers. The seven chakras, located throughout the body, are believed to affect different areas of our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Blockages or imbalances in these energy centers can result in physical and emotional challenges, such as pain, tension, anxiety, or depression. By examining and aligning the chakras, we can improve overall health and alleviate these symptoms.
